Dino Valls. Pintor español nacido en Zaragoza en 1959, desde 1988 vive y trabaja en Madrid.
En lo conceptual, su pintura se centra en la psique humana, utilizando las técnicas figurativas sólo como un soporte formal en el que se proyecta un contenido inconsciente con una profunda carga psíquica, que se desarrolla en un proceso simbólico de intelectualización. Al no utilizar modelos reales, ni para las figuras ni para los escenarios, su pintura se aleja de los postulados del realismo, elaborándose mediante una idealización impregnada de un fuerte contenido inconsciente.
Rafael Coronel (Zacatecas 1931) se ha abocado a la pintura figurativa, en lo particular al retrato. La experimentación lo lleva a plasmar en los años cincuenta retratos abstractos con caras geométricas. Hacia los años sesenta, Coronel encuentra una veta en el expresionismo abstracto y pinta rostros desgarradores que reflejan el gusto por las temáticas y ambientes apesadumbrados y melancólicos que ha mantenido hasta la fecha.

This seems like a rather disorientating experience and the green lighting would make me feel as if I was entering The Matrix. Inside the mirrored cube is a hanging swing which users are encouraged to interact with, which results in a peculiar feeling of the walls, floor and ceiling disappearing with the spatial centrifugal motion as they swing in to the infinite.

The speed which we communicate today is lightning fast and long gone are the days of waiting for a letter in the mail. This interactive installation looks to bring back a sense of time and physicality in this digital age. Users are able to write their own messages on a digital tablet and watch as the printers located on the tree’s branches begin to print the messages on real paper and user watch as they fall like autumn leafs. Inflatable Mazes by Architects of Air
Luminaria is an mystifying maze structure created by AOA. Made out of a specially produced plastic the inflatable maze takes around 4 hours to lay out, and 20 minutes to inflate. Interestingly only 4 different colours of plastic are used to create this incredibly colourful environment. This is a maze that I would truly love to get lost inside of. Video embedded below.
